We are looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager to be a team lead and manage all aspects of after care customer support for our EV charging products, including queries, support, troubleshooting. In this role, you will provide product/services information and, liaising with the technical team, resolve any problems or questions that our customers may have with respect to the product.

We are looking to recruit an Operational Project Lead to work with Ohme’s installation partners to help ensure a smooth installation process for customers that purchase an Ohme EV charger. In this role, you will monitor customer cohorts through their installation journey, monitor partner SLA adherence, provide triage support for any installations that fall outside our ideal installation journey, identify opportunities for process improvement, approve partner estimates, and report on monthly activity.
We are looking to recruit a Technical Project Lead to work with Ohme’s installation partners to help ensure a smooth installation process for customers that purchase an Ohme EV charger. In this role, you will rely on your background in electrical systems to understand specific customer needs, allocate projects to our installation partners based on these needs, be a primary point of contact for technical issues or challenges faced by our installation partners, and approve partner estimates.
You must be a supportive guide to help our customers navigate this new world. This includes everything from walking them through the purchasing process for our intelligent EV chargers, to answer their questions, to working with our installation partners and providing after care. We are looking to recruit a Customer Care Representative to work on all aspects of after care customer support for our EV charging products, including queries, support, troubleshooting. In this role, you will provide product/services information and, liaising with the technical team, resolve any problems or questions that our customers may have with respect to the product. You will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Customer Care Manager within the Operations team.
We are looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer to manage all aspects of customer technical enquiries for our intelligent charging solutions including queries, support, troubleshooting and after care related to our Intelligent EV Charger, Fleet Platform, App and integrations with other hardware providers. They will diagnose issues with the products, working with engineering and software functions as needed.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Product Manager to work with the current technical team and product team to continue innovating our existing products as well as manage the process for assessing the commercial and technical impact of creating new features and products. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Product Owner who is passionate about renewables, doing good and making a difference in the fight against climate change.
